Booking Policy

  • Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation message or email must be received for your reservation to be valid.
  • Arrival Time: Guests are advised to arrive on time. Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the booking time before being released.
  • Minimum Spend: Certain days and events may require a minimum spend. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Table Duration: Standard table reservations are allocated a set time window. Extensions are subject to availability.
  • Group Bookings: Groups of 6 or more may be asked to provide a deposit to secure the booking.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation. No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or charges.
  • Age Policy: All guests must be 18+ and may be required to present valid ID upon arrival.
  • Dress Code: Smart, stylish attire is required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on dress code.
  • Conduct: PSG Lounge maintains a safe and respectful environment. Guests acting inappropriately may be refused service or asked to leave.
  • Management Rights: Management reserves the right to adjust, amend, or refuse bookings at its discretion.
